Smart Chip Technologies Announces New Chairman and CEO
[ROTTERDAM, NETHERLANDS] – Bell ID, worldwide technology leader in the field of smart card management solutions, today announced it has signed an agreement with Airos Group to provide local 2nd-line support and 24/7 support for Bell ID’s growing list of Canadian clients.
The new support services, provided by Bell ID’s support partner Airos Group, extend Bell ID’s standard support offerings providing local Canadian Banks and other potential ANDiS users with additional service options, including local 2nd -line support from certified ANDiS experts as well as different 24/7 support models.
Airos Group is providing a team of experienced smart card experts with in-depth knowledge on ANDiS Management Systems. This team will be able to react quickly and resolve ANDiS problems locally. Depending on the service level agreed between the end customer and Bell ID, a variety of customer-specific support requirements can be offered with fast resolution commitments.
A full call centre in Canada, local second line ANDiS technicians as well as redundancy systems made available for the purposes of problem simulation at Airos will allow Bell ID to satisfy even the highest support expectations of prime Canadian customers.

(OTC:SCTN) is pleased to announce that Airos Group President Miki Radivojsa
has agreed to join Smart Chip Technologies as its new Chairman and CEO. As
President of the Company's development partner Airos, Mr. Radivojsa has been
operating as Smart Chip Technologies' Product Development Manager for nearly
three years. SCTN founder and outgoing Chairman and CEO David Simon will
remain as a Director and Chief Product Architect, and will work alongside
Mr. Radivojsa throughout the transition.
